First Printer for me. I spent a lot of time to find the best value for money. This printer was the best I found on Alibaba for my budget. I had a few issues with it when I received it. But the aftersales service is responsive. They always answered my request quickly and took remotly the control of the machine to help me solve problems and set up the printer. Aftersales does not speak english but with the automate translation on WeChat it’s ok. About shipping, they have been really fast. However custom clearance delayed the delivery by one month. Nothing wrong with the supplier but be aware that it can be delayed. This supplier has a really nice team and the printer is as efficient as I imagined.
